Horizontal Petroglyphs #1
Rare in the southwest, horizontal petroglyphs can be found on a large slab of slickrock along Harpers Canyon Road. At one time, this panel must have been huge; although numerous petroglyphs remain, most of the panel has vanished after centuries of cattle hooves and weather chipping away the varnish surface.
