Canyon walls in The Narrows soar above colorful bushes springing up between boulders deposited by rushing waters of the Virgin River.
Narrows Notes: Hikers in The Narrows must walk in the river, doing their best to see below the surface to avoid slipping on rocks and falling. This hike is often described as walking on bowling balls.
