Numerous, unnamed, eroding formations rise from the Monument Valley floor in this view north from Hunts Mesa. We had scheduled two nights camping at Hunts Mesa to allow for weather issues. As it happened, the first evening and morning on the Mesa were clear so there was no need for the second night. By a stroke of good fortune my cellphone had a signal and I was able to book a cabin at The View for the night we had planned to camp.
