One of 21 campsites along Medano Pass Primitive Road has a fantastic view of Mt. Zwischen to the south. This is one of the smooth sections of the primitive road -- many stretches are very rocky and so rough that, after each time driving the road, my front license plate was so violently shaken that both plate and frame were bent sharply up -- perpendicular to the bumper and parallel with the road.
