Dwarfed by the upper "O", a solitary hiker stands in the lower, smaller arch at Double-O Arch. Devils Garden can be seen through the upper arch. The trail to this arch is interesting; the first section is up a very steep slickrock ridge, which would be impassable when wet -- yet we watched hikers proceed up that slope in a light drizzle. The rest of the trail is fairly well marked with cairns, but there are a couple spots where it's easy to get off trail both inbound and outbound.
